Bought vehicle from them in 2023. Took back to trade in 2024. Would not give me half of what I paid for it. Took my 2023 Tahoe premier in for my first oil, filter, tire rotation and to put air in my tires. I waited for about 1 1/2 hours for my service to be done. When I got my vehicle back I checked my air statu tire rotation and to put air in my tires. I waited for about 1 1/2 hours for my service to be done. When I got my vehicle back I checked my air status. It had not been touched, so I pulled back around in the service area and told Gary the tires had not been touched, he got that corrected. I left and went to run some other errands, at one of my stops, I chec to see if my tires had been rotated,(I had them marked, so I knew if they had been rotated or not) They had not been touched!!!!! I went back to the dealership and explained to Gary I was really PISSED 😡 He immediately got a different service person to rotate my tires, and we were not sure if my oil had been changed, so he re changed it. This service person has no place in your dealership. He is costing you money and ripping off the public. More

My vehicle was towed to Malloy two times within two weeks for the same issue. It should have been fixed properly the first time and when we picked up the vehicle no one could tell us what was wrong with the for the same issue. The second time they lost our keys the vehicle was there for 4 days and no one was interested in finding them. We made numerous calls and they said they would call us back, but never did. We finally had the vehicle towed to a different dealer. The service manager finally found the keys that were attached to another customers ticket. Would you trust them to work on a vehicle when they can’t even keep up with the keys? We will not bring our vehicle back again. More
