Started off with being scheduled outside of diagnostic timeframe. Wasted vacation hours off work. Took my car back for 2 days and never got a message or call. Showed up to pick up and they wanted me to le timeframe. Wasted vacation hours off work. Took my car back for 2 days and never got a message or call. Showed up to pick up and they wanted me to leave the car there for at least a week for parts to come in. All issues were under warranty. They has no car for me to use during this time. Took back when parts came in for another almost 2 days and no call or update. Called and no one knew the status of the repair or even if it was done. Got there to get it and was told they couldn’t give me the paperwork yet because they couldn’t close the ticket. I have never been told what (if) was done to my car, no paperwork. Nothing. Makes me wonder if anything was done to it. They said they would email me the paperwork when it was closed yet they couldn’t even tell me what was done. Brandon and others chose staff are super arrogant and rude. Nothing like it was when it was under Jim Price. Worst service and experience ever. More
