No one called me when my vehicle was ready. When I picked up my vehicle no one pulled it around. I had to wander around the parking lot looking for it. I used my rewards points for the first time since I started accumulating them in 2019 when I bought the vehicle at this dealership. After purchasing the vehicle at this dealership and getting all of the service at this dealership for the past 7 years the points barely paid for half of an oil change! 7 years of loyalty didn't even get me an oil change! I purchased my last 3 vehicles at this dealership and all of the maintenance has been purchased at this dealership. It has really went downhill since Malloy took over. Over priced and under performed. More

I brought my 21chey bolt for service I did not get clear answer what they were going to do I talk to service manager he did not do anything I asked my car did not have enough charge to get me home he said M answer what they were going to do I talk to service manager he did not do anything I asked my car did not have enough charge to get me home he said Melody is not going to pay for your Electric bill I told the service MGR about charging my car and it wasn’t charged when the car was ready. I I made 70 miles trip and he told me the car wasn’t ready that a pen was missing and they forgot to order it. At this time I will service my cars and buy my car elsewhere. More

Jim Price Chevrolet recently was sold to Malloy, who is a predatory Northern Va. chain of dealerships with their Northern Va. pricing. 3% service charge on credit cards, and all kinds of hidden fees. Went in predatory Northern Va. chain of dealerships with their Northern Va. pricing. 3% service charge on credit cards, and all kinds of hidden fees. Went in for simple oil change/tire rotation which would of been close to $120.00 if not for a problem which got me a discount. They still charged for 6 quarts of oil in a 4 quart capacity car. They are friendly people but in my opinion they are a very poor fit for Central Virginia. More
