I took my 2019 F150 Diesel in for an appointment to replace the shield on the oil pan which had quite literally fallen off. It was "repaired" with a wire tie and I was told they did not have the proper replace the shield on the oil pan which had quite literally fallen off. It was "repaired" with a wire tie and I was told they did not have the proper sized bolt for a permanent fix and they would finalize the repair on my next oil service. Yes the shield fell off again in the interim. On the 30,000 mi service they neglected to change - as the book requires - the fuel filters. "Not necessary" I was told. When I asked that they put that in writing I was asked to bring the truck back for the filters. When I arrived for the appointment the parts were on back order. So, another appointment and another 2 hour drive round trip. (They did not charge for the labor due to their mixup which I appreciated.) A few weeks later I noticed severe cupping on the front tires while in FL. Seems they neglected that at the time of service and did not check the alignment. So at 40,000 miles my tires were shot. In the meantime I had a recall from Ford - actually a TSA - on the ERG valve. Parts on back order I was told. That was in November. In December I was told some of the parts were in but not all. It's now the end of March and no word from Malloy. The folks are very nice and polite. But there are serious service quality control issues. More

Horrible behavior from their Sales Department. Never in office, or in office only when they feel like being in office. Never answer calls. I purchased two vehicles from Malloy since September of 2017 and have been very pleased with both of them. Since then, I have used the service department on five occasions, two for routine maintenance, th 2017 and have been very pleased with both of them. Since then, I have used the service department on five occasions, two for routine maintenance, three for minor recalls. In every case, service was satisfactory, and the people were notably helpful and friendly, particularly the latter. The new facility provides improved spaces and seems to function well. However, the new location is substantially less convenient for me and significantly limits my ability/desire to go there. More
