He explained the problem was with Ford's policies and they would not reimburse them for work performed after the warranty period. He offered to reimburse me from Malloy's pocket and I agreed that would make everything all right. In light of their response, I withdraw my previous review and now heartily recommend them. More

oil change and problem with key fob I had recently had a problem with one of my car keys in that it did not start the car. It was in the car, but a dash board message said no key detecte I had recently had a problem with one of my car keys in that it did not start the car. It was in the car, but a dash board message said no key detected. I had to get the second key from the house to start the car. It started but, the message remained for several hours. I was concerned that it would happen with the second key and strand me, so I took it to this dealership.I had the oil change and tire rotation done and the key problem was supposed to be addressed. The oil change and tires were done, but all that was done for the key problem was that the key battery was changed for a cost of $26.00. I had told them that I had already changed the battery twice and it did not fix the problem. When I was upset that the problem was really addressed at all, the $26.00 fee was cancelled, which I felt was right, but I can 30 miles to the dealership to solve this problem and it was not done. This is a big issue as I don"t want to be stranded somewhere with my disabled sister. More

Starting with the Service Writer, Tom, who was excellent from the beginning. He helped me with pricing and what I needed to do for my 50K-mile service, and had excellent follow-up. As it turned out I had nails in three of my tires and all were leaking slowly - that's why my tire light kept going on. He gave me my options but never tried to pressure me one way or the other. I decided on new (they were on a special, thank god) and he got me in the next day to get them taken care of. Nice new showroom and waiting room with wifi (although no water in the fridge). More

Service Director won't return my calls I had a terrible experience this past February renewing my inspection sticker and fixing a defective passenger-side airbag sensor, which took 3 trips I had a terrible experience this past February renewing my inspection sticker and fixing a defective passenger-side airbag sensor, which took 3 trips to the dealership. The airbag sensor has been an on-going problem for 4 years. Multiple replacements of the sensors (and harness wiring & wiring assembly) cost me a total of over $2,000. Since March 20, I've made three requests (first through a service adviser, second through a receptionist, third through a direct email on April 23 to Melissa Best) for Melissa to call and help me understand what happened and to reimburse a portion of my bill in goodwill compensation for my time and frustration. I have still not been contacted. I've been a loyal Ford customer (Brady-Bushey, Battlefield and Malloy) for over 20 yrs. I'm simply asking for Melissa to contact me. Thank you. More

Transmission woes On a bleak and rainy day, my transmission cable broke leaving me stranded. Malloy was pretty busy and couldn't fit me in quickly. It was a long day!
