"Online parts sales "

Very dissapointed with this dealership and serious lack of communication and false avertising! We ordered a wheel package that also said sold as set of 4. Of course we ordered 1 because we were needing one set of 4! When we got the wheels we only received ONE single wheel and when we called they said they don’t sell as a set of 4 and have to order 3 more or we pay shipping back. They also told us the website does not say what we said but I have a picture of the website and read exactly what it said. They were not willing to work with us at all because they expected us to know that we were only getting 1 wheel when it says set of 4. I can’t imagine how anyone else would interpret this! So frustrated and dissapointed and will NEVER recommend this place and will be contacting BBB! "Service Department ripoff!"

My wife took our Buick Verano in for a tire repair and came out with a $600 bill. The tire needed to be replaced, ok, $200. But then she agreed to routine maintenance and shown a price of $189. It came to almost $300. Included in that was an oil change and tire rotation. Then she was charged another $60 for guess what, another oil change and tire rotation. Next line, Certified pre-owned service, yet another oil change and tire rotation, this was "no-charge", and billed to the warranty. So, according to the bill, three oil changes and three tire rotations; two we paid for and one paid by the warranty. Sadly, the very positive buying experience we had when we bought the car was ruined by a rip-off con artist in the service department. GM should investigate this service department for warranty fraud! Run, don't walk, to another service department. This one cannot be trusted.

"Great truck, terrible service"

Had to return truck on multiple occasions to resolve blower issue even though they claimed to fix it. It took nearly two months for them to order and secure parts for GMC recalls - something that should have taken just days. Customer service was exceedingly slow and unhelpful. I paid $150 for floor mats which took them nearly 6 months and multiple requests to order. When I picked up my truck the mats were in a box in the back if my truck. They said they weren't sure if I wanted them taken out and placed in the truck. Seriously?!?! Lazy and unhelpful. No other words for it.

"That Extra Mile"

My car was recalled and was in the shop for a while waiting for the parts to become available, and I also had some other repair issues that needed to be addressed. I was impressed by the professionalism and courtesy of everybody who worked at Malouf. Dan and Peg really extended themselves to make sure all my questions were answered and that my concerns were heard. Since it took a while to get the parts, I was provided with a loaner car, which really helped. When my car was repaired and ready, I had one final issue that the mechanic had to look at, and he resolved it right away (I didn't catch the mechanic's name). I've been burned by repair shops before, so I was very gratified to find a service center that I can count on, and heartily recommend to friends and family. They know what they're doing, and they treat people right. That's what I call going the extra mile.
