Outstanding Saturday Unscheduled Service On Saturday, April 25, 2015, I managed to break the driver's side-view mirror on my new 2015 Chevrolet Impala. I was embarrassed and upset, but I call On Saturday, April 25, 2015, I managed to break the driver's side-view mirror on my new 2015 Chevrolet Impala. I was embarrassed and upset, but I called Malouf Chevrolet to see if they have Saturday service hours. They told me they were booked solid but to bring the car in ASAP because they close at 1:00 p.m. I arrived at about 10:50 a.m. and was greeted by Chris Ventriello, who was just finishing up with another customer. He came to my car out in the lot and tried for at least 10 minutes to put the pieces of the "puzzle" back together. I was prepared to pay for a new mirror, but he suggested that I have a cup of coffee in the waiting room. Chris came to get me about 35 minutes later. The car looked great, the smell of epoxy still on the mirror. "You're all set to go anywhere", he said cheerfully. When I asked how much I owed, he said "You don't owe anything." The whole experience was way above and beyond anything I had a right to expect. Chris wasn't looking for personal recognition, but I insisted. Thanks Chris and thanks Malouf Chevrolet.
