This place is fantastic! I worked with Joe (manager) and Marques to take delivery of my new Cadillac. Both were very responsive via email, and when it was time to pick up t I worked with Joe (manager) and Marques to take delivery of my new Cadillac. Both were very responsive via email, and when it was time to pick up the car, Marques had everything ready. The financing process was incredibly smooth, and the car was all prepped before I even arrived. Also, these guys really know what they're talking about when it comes to electric cars! I highly recommend Malouf Cadillac! More

Buyer Beware! Don’t shop here. This dealership swindled us out of $600+. We made our deal, told our doen payment covered everything and there was no more money due Don’t shop here. This dealership swindled us out of $600+. We made our deal, told our doen payment covered everything and there was no more money due! Waited for the car to come on, went to pick it up in the evening. When we were sent in to the “finance guy” he demanded another $600+ for 1st payment, taxes & fees. I told him we had agreed to the larger down payment to cover that, he said we were wrong and would have to talk to the salesman to straighten it out. Not surprisingly, he was no where to be found despite the fact that we had made the appointment to pick it up and he had been there 10 minutes before that. It was late and we needed the car to get home, so I wrote the check. Additionally, he could not apply our “reward points” because if the time of day, so that cost us another $400 which he assured us would be credited to future service after we clear it up with Chevrolet! Called salesman next day and he said he would look into it. No response for weeks. Went into dealership snd asked him again, he again said he would look into it. Ghosting us since. No response whatsoever. Also, Chevrolet said there was absolutely no reason for them to not applyour rewards, but there was nothing they could do after the fact. We were ripped off by a planned scam to be sure!! Do not shop at Malouf!! More

Regrettably, another instance where financial concerns take precedence over building relationships has occurred. I have maintained communication with the dealership since the car was first advertised, tak take precedence over building relationships has occurred. I have maintained communication with the dealership since the car was first advertised, taking initiative by asking pertinent questions. However, there has consistently been a delay in receiving responses from the BDC Manager, Mike. I always had to initiate contact to inquire about the status of my inquiries. In our last conversation, Mike promised to provide a video showing the condition of the car's underside, but failed to deliver. When I followed up, he mentioned that he had someone in the showroom and did not fulfill his promise. To summarize, he ended up selling the car, completely disregarding my interest. This is not the first time I have witnessed such behavior from this dealer, as their reviews indicate. It is disappointing that they prioritize money over taking care of loyal customers like myself. More
