Dont buy here! I went here looking to buy a car, i had my eyes set and knew what i wanted. I dealt with tito and he seemed nice. After talking and finally agreeing I went here looking to buy a car, i had my eyes set and knew what i wanted. I dealt with tito and he seemed nice. After talking and finally agreeing to purchase, it never dawned on me that i wasnt told what my trades in were valued at, that i had to pay extra for navigation, which tito told me came with the car, didnt give me a walkaround of the vehicle to show me how things worked or how to even operate anything. I had to basically read the manual to see how things worked. He didnt even know how to operate the headrests. Than he sent us on our way. Didnt show us the the service department, didnt introduce us to anyone in case we had qurstions...nothing. very unprofessional and didnt care about us, just about the sale. I would not recommend him or this dealer at all. More

When I declined some additional services, he respectfully accepted my response and did not try to relentlessly pressure me. Tito pitched in to explain the features of my newly purchased Encore since I choose to take delivery when DwVaughn was not in. It was truly a team effort to provide me with a positive purchasing experience. More

Such a wonderful experience! We had gone to many dealerships to look at cars and got pegged as young kids. This made the car buying experience a nightmare for us. We went to Malouf on a whim and my husband fell for the GMC Terrain. We then met Mike Cozzo. He treated us like the adults we are and never tried to sell us anything more than what we were looking for. He answered all of our questions and made sure we knew everything about the car before we committed to buying it. NOT ONCE DID I FEEL PRESSURED. I'm a nervous person and called him a few times. He never seemed frustrated and was so courteous. The whole dealership was full of nice people who were just there to help and explained everything to us so we could understand. We drove away in our beautiful new car and when it's time for us to get a new one, we will go back to Malouf to see Mike. Go see him, buy a car from him! You won't be sorry! More

In conclusion, I was especially pleased when DwVaughn told me he would be calling me in the next few days to see if I had any additional questions or concerns about my new vehicle.
