I have serviced my 2022 Yukon Denali at Malouf since I bought it, and I want to be fair: the recall work and the routine service have been handled professionally. The brake issue has not been. Jan 16, bought it, and I want to be fair: the recall work and the routine service have been handled professionally. The brake issue has not been. Jan 16, 2026 (67,444 mi, Inv 335***) — Malouf installed front pads and resurfaced my rotors instead of replacing them. I raised the noise twice after that. In late March, at about 71,000 miles, the truck was in their shop for a recall and I told them about it in person. It was never written up. On June 1 (73,785 mi, Inv 337***) I came in specifically for brake noise. I reported squealing with my foot off the pedal and that the caliper guide pins felt wrong. The invoice reads "no problem found." I was told it would resolve on its own. Aug 21, 2026 (81,656 mi, Inv 337***) — Front pads measured 1mm and the rotors are now condemned as too thin to resurface. That is 14,212 miles of pad life, on a truck where 30,000 to 50,000 is normal. Pads do not wear that fast without a mechanical cause. I raised it the first time roughly 3,700 miles after the repair and was sent away without a diagnosis, twice. I am now quoted roughly $500 to replace rotors Malouf chose to resurface. I am asking Malouf to stand behind the original repair and I will gladly update this review if they do. More
Bernie Richardson, your sales consultant and Todd Nebbia, your finance manager made the transition from my 2023 Sierra to my new 2026 Sierra, the best and easiest new vehicle acquisition I have ever had duri your finance manager made the transition from my 2023 Sierra to my new 2026 Sierra, the best and easiest new vehicle acquisition I have ever had during my 57 years of driving. Within minutes of telling Bernie of my experience with my old GMC dealership of 30 years, I had the number we settled on. He answered all my questions and walked me through all the new technology. Working with Both Bernie and Todd was so good that I will continue to recommend Malouf and those two professionals to whomever asks me about my new truck. My wife and I were so impressed with the whole transaction we will be back to lease a new Terrain in April when wife's lease is up. More
Our experience with the sales consultant was excellent. He spent the entire day with us walking through the process. He even drove us to the bank to complete financing. Bernie was great. I recently purchased my GMC Sierra EV entirely online. The salesperson was a bright spot — responsive, easy to work with, and he even sent a video walkthrough of the truck. Unfortunately, the rest of the The salesperson was a bright spot — responsive, easy to work with, and he even sent a video walkthrough of the truck. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience is why I can't rate this higher or recommend the dealership. First, they tried to charge me for the delivery cost even though the situation was the result of a mistake on their end. Second, the truck arrived with a broken rear passenger interior door handle cable retainer that was never disclosed to me. GM declined to address it as a warranty issue and I am now on the hook for a $900 repair on a new truck. This is 100% a safety issue, if an emergency situation had arose the rear passenger would not be able to exit the truck. The truck also arrived with a missing exterior trim piece on the roof that also will not be replaced under warranty. On top of that, I was told the tires would be balanced and an alignment performed before delivery. When I took the truck to another dealer, they confirmed the tires were not balanced and the alignment was off — and I have the printout to prove it. Between the undisclosed damage, work that was promised but not actually done, and being pursued for a cost that wasn't my fault, I left without the trust I'd need to send anyone else your way. I do not recommend them. More
