Affended customer I am in the market for a new/used car and came across Malouf's website last night (Black Friday) and saw an advertisement about taking $10,000 of a 20 I am in the market for a new/used car and came across Malouf's website last night (Black Friday) and saw an advertisement about taking $10,000 of a 2011 or 2012 Buick. So, I sent an inquiry via the internet asking if the 2012 Buick Verano was of the sticker price of $17,495.00. The response I got from the internet sales women (ashley) the next morning was so surprising (not). Ashley said, nothing like that existed and did not know what I was talking about and would call me back, she never did but I called her instead. Of course, she again new nothing about it and would double check the internet manager about this. Such BS!!!! If it was a mistake fine, but own up to it. This is why I don't shop there. I would have been more impressed if they did and would definitely respect them for it, was told sorry, nothing like that existed. Really, I'm an idiot. Business as usual ???? More

Great truck, terrible service Had to return truck on multiple occasions to resolve blower issue even though they claimed to fix it. It took nearly two months for them to order and secure parts for GMC recalls - something that should have taken just days. Customer service was exceedingly slow and unhelpful. I paid $150 for floor mats which took them nearly 6 months and multiple requests to order. When I picked up my truck the mats were in a box in the back if my truck. They said they weren't sure if I wanted them taken out and placed in the truck. Seriously?!?! Lazy and unhelpful. No other words for it. More

Ford Trade in for Buick Enclave 2015 I had one month left on my lease from Ford and buick made the last months payment for me to make sure i would leave with their vehicle that same day. Dwayne and TJ stayed threw the night with me to finish the paper work properly. they close at 9 and stayed till the job was done because I was running a little late. All and all great experience and professionalism by staff. ( Side note they matched the price of my offer from Ford and actually made it lower) More

With my Terrain came 6 months of free OnStar I can honestly say that buying my new Terrain at Malouf in Norh Brunswick helped me save a woman's life! With my Terrain came 6 months of free OnStar. One day while driving, I noticed a vehicle rolling across a busy four lane intersection . The driver completely unconscious. In a panic with cars whipping by, I pushed my emergency OnStar button. Immediately I was put at ease since the operator new my exact location and sent emergency responders. If it wasn't for the great staff at Malouf I wouldn't have such an amazing feature in a brand new car. You can not put a price on feeling secure and knowing your family is safe! And that's exactly what I set out to look for and received while shopping for my new car! After seeing commercials for Malouf, I went in to inquire and for a test drive. Upon my arrival I met Jack, who took me for a test drive in both the Buick Encore and the GMC Terrain. He was so knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the cars. All the features and the handling of both models. He pointed out pros and cons of each and really helped me to decide which car better suited me. I took a day to think things over. Thoughtfully, Jack called me to check in and to see if I had reached a decision. We had, the Terrain! The next day unfortunately, Jack was off but ensured us we would be taken care of by his manager T.J. TJ simply asked us what we needed to make this deal work for us, we told him and with confidence and ease he made it happen! When I saw my new Terrain I was extremely happy, another sales consultant Chris Ojeda sat with me and explained every single technical aspect of the car including SiriusXM radio and OnStar. He even activated Bluetooth on my iphone and synced my hands free calling system. He was so helpful and I felt even more comfortable in the car knowing where everything was and what everything did. Even weeks later when my new plates came in, Chris put them on for me, and I called him several times after with silly questions that he was glad to answer for me! Over all Malouf exceeded my expectations. I would gladly return for future purchases. More

We had no problem with this being the case except the sales person Chris failed to call us about this. It would seem like good business practice would be to call a person who was driving 10 hours to make a purchase a vehicle and not send an e-mail to do this. Very unprofessional to not take a second to call to verify the e-mail was received. This dealership seems more interested in making a sale than concerns for their customer. I would not recommend them to any person unless you plan on doing their work for them. Most discourteous group I have ever worked with! More
