My husband and I have been long-time customers of Malouf Buick GMC. We've purchased numerous cars from them over the years, and other members of my family have also. At Malouf we are treated like family and we have always been completely satisfied with our purchases. I am so excited about my New 2013 Buick LaCrosse and my Sales Team at Maouf is also excited for me as they know how long I'v been wanting to buy a new car--which, of course, had to be another Buick LaCrosse. My Sales Team, especially my Sales Professional Dominick, and all the employees at Malouf Sales work hard to get the job done right. Thanks to them for making my dream come true!!! Not only do we buy our cars from Malouf, we also service them exclusively there. I cannot brag enough about the excellent treatment I receive from my Service Team--they truly treat me like a family member. I refuse to bring my car anywhere else for service. They make sure all the services that need to be done to maintain my vehicle are done right and in a timely manner. Additionally, with my husband's hectic schedule, I rely on them to keep my car in perfect running condition--from air in my tires to bulb replacement, etc. They are never too busy to assist me and that's what keeps me coming back. I needed a major repair on a car with 115,000 miles. At my request, the Service Department graciously brought me to the showroom floor and introduced me to sales associate Chris Toth. Chris Toth was extremely helpful in comparing the vehicles and explaining the various packages. Chris also helped in coming up with an affordable price for this unplanned spur of the moment purchase. This past Saturday before making a final decision on a new lease car, I stopped by and spoke with Jack Taormina (who I kn and have always come back..
