Went with my daughter to purchase her first car. 2017 ford focus. Had decent mileage and inside and out were very clean. Rich our salesman was great. 3 days after purchasing the car the engine lig 2017 ford focus. Had decent mileage and inside and out were very clean. Rich our salesman was great. 3 days after purchasing the car the engine light came on. I took it back to them and they said they would fix it. Well after a few days they said they think they got it fixed. I didn't even make it home and the engine light came back. So I made a uturn and went right back. This time they said they would send it to the ford dealer. At no cost to me! And they even went out of they're way to get me a loaner car from enterprise. A few more days later I got the car back. And it is running much better. I have had quite a few people say that they bought cars from them and they took care of the issues right away. I have had such a pleasant experience this past week from them. More

Very cold and impersonal. Car had such a small amount of fuel after I bought it the low fuel light went on in the car before I even made it home. I was told every car dealers Car had such a small amount of fuel after I bought it the low fuel light went on in the car before I even made it home. I was told every car dealership at least gives you a full tank of gas in the minimum! I was offered nothing but the bare minimum, and with a take it or leave it attitude. Then problems started with the car after only two weeks. They “fixed” the problem only to create another. Rich was warm and accommodating but unfortunately we didn’t get to deal with him much. It was mostly James, and James, I’m sorry but I have no thanks to give. You didn’t seem to care anyway so I’m sure this rating won’t bother you either. Thanks for nothing. And also I want to point out that the sales manager was probably the WORST person to be in a position like that, his attitude and approach were warm at first but got real cold real quick when we asked more questions! These guys don’t want to be here selling cars they’re all miserable. You’ll see- or prevent yourself the disappointment and DONT, because you will leave there very disappointed.
