Came in on wrong day for a recall and they accomodated me. I was scheduled to have recall work on my 2010 Jeep Wrangler 4 dr. (clock spring replacement) on a Monday but showed up on Friday, my error. From the moment you step in you are greeted by a service rep (Mary Ann or Fred) and after a quick review of what service will be done, your car is quickly brought in. I usually make an appointment and have never waited more than 10 minutes before my car is brought in and even when I don't have an appointment, I never wait long before I see my car being driven in for service. Oftentimes when I make an appointment, my car is taken in immediately upon my arrival. Once my car is taken in for service, a service rep or the mechanic, comes over to tell me what work will be performed and if there are any issues. The mechanics are top notch and I have never had a problem with any of their work. Also, they get me in and out as quickly as they can depending on what work is being performed. Over the years, I have recommended this dealership to others and have never had a complaint. They pride themselves in customer service and have never let me down. I highly recommend them. More

A pleasant purchase experience Recently, I stopped at the Manahawkin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Dealership in Manahawkin N.J. because it is time for a new truck (my current Dodge Ram 4 Recently, I stopped at the Manahawkin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Dealership in Manahawkin N.J. because it is time for a new truck (my current Dodge Ram 4x4 has over 185,000 miles on it). While looking at the Ram trucks on the lot, I encountered salesman Massimo Pulvirenti. From the very start of my conversation with Massimo, it became clear to me that he is very personable, and very knowledgeable about his job. He answered all of my questions clearly and precisely, and he definitely isn't what I would call a "pushy" salesman. He was very friendly and helpful, someone I felt comfortable dealing with in the otherwise high pressure sales environment that we all too often see today. Once we determined there was no truck on the lot that would fit my needs, Massimo took the time to go online and search for one for me, but again, he was not successful in finding one with the features that I want. He then went online and "built" the exact truck I want, and after a very short and professional negotiation, I gladly ordered the truck from him. So, the only "negative" thing is that I have to wait for my truck to be built and shipped from the assembly plant. I feel like a little kid waiting for Christmas day! I can honestly say that had it not been for Massimo's extraordinary knowledge of his trade and his courteous "no pressure" attitude, I probably would have gone home that day without purchasing a truck.
