It turned out the car needed a new transmission, front rotors & brake pads. Fred and his team were extremely easy to work with. The work was done quickly, the pricing was good, and we were able to get a loaner car as well. Since this was a big job, we were kept in the loop the entire time. The car now runs beautifully! We will use this service dept. exclusively for all future issues. Can't recommend them enough. They did great work and were so easy to deal with! Highly recommend! More

Got me home from vacation The starter on my Jeep Commander went out on the last day of my vacation. I had know idea what the problem was and no idea how or when I was going to The starter on my Jeep Commander went out on the last day of my vacation. I had know idea what the problem was and no idea how or when I was going to get my family home. I had to get towed to the dealership from Long Beach Island. Despite being fully booked for the day, they squeezed me into their busy schedule and got me back on the road in less than 3 hours. Furthermore, they were very ethical and gave me a fair price for the repair. I even got a needed oil change. I will forever be grateful for their services and for helping me out if a real bind. More

When it came time to make the purchase we had the pleasure of talking with the general manager Blaise Scibetta who woked with us to make sure we got the best deal possible. Blaise spoke to my wife and I like we were people and not just another sale and treated us with respect. Even after we agreed to purchase he spent time with us just talking. We purchased at closing and instead of asking us to come back the next day to pick up the van he kept the dealership open and made sure everything was ready for us to take the van home that night. Everyone was great! I had been looking to buy a Jeep Cherokee for quite sometime so went in to just pick up a pamphlet and they were more then happy to assist me with out I had been looking to buy a Jeep Cherokee for quite sometime so went in to just pick up a pamphlet and they were more then happy to assist me with out any pressure. Then when I went back a few days later when I was ready to purchase, the salesman, Lou introduced himself to me. He took the time to show me the different models, took me for a test drive, and was able to match the exact price I needed. The manager came over and introduced himself and made small talk for a few minutes. Very friendly! I then spoke with Adam who was also very personable. Everyone that works there is extremely nice and acknowledged me even though I was being assisted by someone else. They made it a very comfortable atmosphere. Since then I have been in there twice to hand in some paper work and to pick up my new license plates and it was the same, fun, friendly experience that I had the day I purchased my vehicle.
