I’ve been coming to the dealership for at least 10 years maybe more in the attitudes of the service advisors have changed. My last couple experiences, the service advisor Michael rambles at me doesn’t loo maybe more in the attitudes of the service advisors have changed. My last couple experiences, the service advisor Michael rambles at me doesn’t look at me or address only as Price my last name. It’s like speed talking about what’s going on again no direct eye contact looks other than me.. then when I needed extra work done on my car I got a text message. Nothing in person and I had to respond to a text message and like a fool I went and got the extra services that I needed which I should’ve went somewhere else and got them checked out to see if they were legitimate. I think it’s kind of weird to not be spoken to and then when my car was done, he just yelled out Price.. I seen him address other customers as Mr. or their first name but me it’s just Price. I came in for an oil change and I ended up spending over $300 and I get it. That’s what you guys are supposed to do upsell. Did I get a description of how a lot out of aligned my alignment was absolutely not maybe in the paperwork that I received after but no direct contact just via text message. I did not plan on spending $300 that day. I really think that it’s gone downhill. I used to be happy and everybody would be very pleasant not just to get my money. Sorry I’m on now. I am rambling, but I don’t take words in speed. Talk to people in my customers explaining things which I think is rude. I at this point I don’t know if I’m ever going to leave a car there again or get any service there again I have to see how long I’ve been going there but I’m pretty sure it’s been at least 11 years or more I know I said something else in the beginning I don’t know, but I’m just trying to do this because I’m at work now. So when my lease is up, I think I am going to go somewhere else and I don’t know if it’s even going to be Kia. which I have been very, very loyal to. Thank you More
