worst dealership I have ever been to. Bait and switch tactic pulled at much higher price. Then told the bike was available when I got upset and leaving ,asked to have pics of it sent to Bait and switch tactic pulled at much higher price. Then told the bike was available when I got upset and leaving ,asked to have pics of it sent to my phone because It was at their storage facility couple of miles away and was unable to wait .I never received them. when I called about I was told by the internet sale manger she sent them from her personal phone, never happened. I asked her to resend them and again never received them. two days later asked agin this time was told it's no longer available. This bike is at their sister store in Billerica , It has always been available , it is according to other dealers that searched for me the only one left in New England . I got nothing but lies from this dealership. I tried getting in touch with the general manager about this and he is not responding. I have also contacted Harley about this and have gotten nowhere. They cannot get the general manager to respond. I hope Manchester"s sister stores operate differently. I hope Harley Davidson doesn't support this kind of sales tactics. More

A horrible experience. At first the dealership seems fun, but this changes quickly when you realize they simply put on a good show. The "fit specialists" are not well train At first the dealership seems fun, but this changes quickly when you realize they simply put on a good show. The "fit specialists" are not well trained and are not allowed to talk about price. When a price is given by a "manager" it is typically 4-6k above list, which is then "discounted" to list. I am assuming some customers do not pay attention and are fleeced through this practice. Financing offers are much more expensive than other Harley dealers, and when confronted with that info the obnoxious managers get extremely defensive. When the same bike is quoted by the same bank, with the same down payment, the monthly payment should not be nearly 200 dollars more per month. The managers are rude and make it very clear that they view customers with disdain. It is easily possible to see them discussing customers from their old-fashioned bullpen at the front of the store. Annoying sound affects and music are played at volume in the showroom to make conversation and thought difficult. Buyer beware if you purchase from this dealer. I can only assume that folks who desire the Harley "look" are impressed by the dealership. I would rather trade with a dealership with integrity. I love my Harleys, but some of the dealerships are really lacking, particularly this one! More
