Service - although they promote an "on-line" service reservation service, it's really just an email. Then they respond with call us or come and wait in line. I had been told that my complementary oil change was in the system, however when the bill was calculated, they charged me full price, requiring phone calls to clear that up. There seems to be a disconnect between service and the computer systems they should be using to make the experience "better" for the customer. The service (oil change, rotate tires, new wipers) was excellent and the car was ready when promised, for an all-day appointment. The "minimal" car wash, was a mess, with drips and water stains all over the car. It was actually worse looking then when I dropped it off. They should either do a thorough wash and dry or not at all. I realize this is a complimentary service, but left a bad impression with me. More
I called to ask about an oil change since it had been over a year since one had been done. Even though the "push button" read 60% I was advised to do it and got an appointment for the next day. I was a over a year since one had been done. Even though the "push button" read 60% I was advised to do it and got an appointment for the next day. I was able to use the "free" oil change I received at the Honda 101 class and was told it was time to rotate the tires too. I waited in the lounge, had coffee, and in a very short time they came to explain that all was finished and all I had to pay was about $30 for a small part that was needed. I was very satisfied and felt well taken care of. More
I have always had a good experience in both service and sales at Manchester Honda. The service department is always helpful in explaining necessary repairs and costs as well as giving advise on possible ma sales at Manchester Honda. The service department is always helpful in explaining necessary repairs and costs as well as giving advise on possible maintenance in the future and they deliver the car back to us on time.. The sales department is low pressure which is a real plus and has always been thorough in explaining options and pricing. I would not hesitate to recommend Manchester Honda to anyone for either service or sales. We have purchased six Hondas from Manchester Honda since 1991. Terrence Sprankle More
We went in for routine oil change. Started discussing getting new tires for my CR-V. When we returned to pick up my vehicle, there was a print out attached to my work invoice with the different brands of getting new tires for my CR-V. When we returned to pick up my vehicle, there was a print out attached to my work invoice with the different brands of tires Manchester Honda has available for my car. We did our homework price shopping and returned this past Saturday to make an appointment for the new tires this coming Saturday. I don't believe any other dealership would go the extra step to do this for a customer. Good show, Manchester Honda! I've been buying my vehicles here since 1993 and will continue to do so! Really really like the new CR-V color: Mountain Air. A woman with an Accord was looking at the model in the showroom. We were admiring the color, too. She was asking questions about our CR-V. Love ours but love the new 2014 even more. Honda updated all the features we hoped they would, and did. Wouldn't surprise me if that woman walked away with a new CR-V yesterday because of us! In Mountain Air with beige interior, of course. More

I filled out a customer survey card and mailed it back with high marks already. The name of the lady that worked with me escapes my memory, but she was wonderful. She has frogs on her desk and was very with high marks already. The name of the lady that worked with me escapes my memory, but she was wonderful. She has frogs on her desk and was very professional and personable. I explained that I was going on a long road trip and she made sure the technician checked everything out. She called me to explain what they found, a battery that needed replacing and one other minor item to ask if I would like them to perform the work. My key fob was sluggish I remembered after already paying for my service, so I made my way back to her and she promptly took care of replacing the battery in it for me. The service was timely and easy. The overall experience was stress free and easy, just the way it should be. I received quality service and extra good customer care. I made my trip, driving for two days staright to Arkansas without any car problems. I had piece of mind thanks to Manchester Honda. Thank you! Lisa J. Webb (860)595-9592 More
I have been a customer of this dealership for many years, spanning multiple cars, but after today, I will no longer be a customer. After being informed that the service system processed my service appointmen spanning multiple cars, but after today, I will no longer be a customer. After being informed that the service system processed my service appointment incorrectly (despite saying that I was waiting with the car), and the service adviser telling me the shuttle driver couldn't take me home (Colchester is apparently too far) and only offering to take me to the mall to kill time, I sat in the waiting room for nearly five hours. I just needed an oil change and tires mounted. After returning from getting lunch, my car had not yet been seen by a mechanic. The service adviser was unapologetic. I have never in my life seen such poor customer service. I realize I don't own a $40,000 car, but that should not entitle me to worse service. I will no longer refer any friends, family, or acquaintances to this dealership. More
I brought my CRV in for a recall. Matt told me it usually takes a 1/2 day to do this job. I told him I was aware of that, since it was noted in the recall, and was prepared to wait. Out of the blue usually takes a 1/2 day to do this job. I told him I was aware of that, since it was noted in the recall, and was prepared to wait. Out of the blue, 2 hrs. later, Matt comes out and says the car is done! He noted that it was rare that happens, but they did there best to accommodate and their schedule set-up permitted them to get it done sooner. Now there's something to toot your horn about! More
This was an unscheduled need for service. The hatchback door handle did not function and I was in need of an assessment of what went wrong and how much it would cost to repair/replace. Since I didn't have door handle did not function and I was in need of an assessment of what went wrong and how much it would cost to repair/replace. Since I didn't have the time to wait for the repair to be made, a ride home was offered while the repair was made. On a previous visit for oil and filter change...it was also noted and suggested that I schedule a followup appointment for additional work on tie rod and lower ball joint boots. Since it would incur a pretty hefty cost I am taking the suggestion and will schedule my car for this repair. I value the mechanic/service person's notations for keeping my Honda CRV in good running condition. I may even see a odometer with 200,000 miles on it if I keep up with preventive maintenance. The rear door handle and lock was repaired with no additional breaks in the panel which had to be removed for the repair. All in all, I have been very pleased with Manchester Honda's service and all the staff for their courteous demeanor and knowledge given and shared with the customer. I expressly commend Mr. Troy Roberts for going above and beyond good customer service. Please NOtE!! More
