Manager, Brandon refused to honor battery warranty. Purchased certified pre-owned cx-5 in 2019, needed battery replaced in 2021 and AGAIN four months prior to warranty expiration this year. From service perspective - nice people, no pressure to buy services, but this is second time I caught them “forgetting” to rotate tires despite service receipt stating they did. Some mechanics here don't give no F... about your car. I came here for an oil change for my 2016 Mazda 6 that I bought it here, like usual. This time, I noticed the quality of work being done here has gone down. I have 5 complaints: 1. I came in with a 79.95 oil change special coupon and I signed a paper that clearly says (total 79.95). When it comes to charging me, it became 89.95 so I asked them why. They say that's tax and shop charges. So whatever, I paid it. 2. Then I went home, notice obvious oil on my hood and around the filler cap that has not been wiped down. How careless is that?!? So I wiped it down, whatever. 3. Then, I was reading the details of the inspection report. They said my automatic transmission fluid is good, when my car is clearly a manual. WTH? 4. Also, it says my air filter needs to be changed soon. In reality, I put a new one in myself about 2 weeks ago. Although these are small things and the staff here are very friendly, at this price point, it is not acceptable to be so careless!! It appears that they just don't care about you or your car. If nothing is done about the service quality, I do NOT recommend anyone doing service here. More
The Best Service Department!!!! I just had 4 new tires put on my Cx9, when shopping around for the best price we ended up at Manchester Mazda.. They have always serviced my Cx9 ( oil I just had 4 new tires put on my Cx9, when shopping around for the best price we ended up at Manchester Mazda.. They have always serviced my Cx9 ( oil change,tire routation and safety inspection etc) they have ALWAYS been professional and courteous available to answer any questions and explain exactly what they are doing. Having them mount and balance 4 new tires with a front end alignment was never a no brainier. The dealership is clean and very comfortable while waiting for the service. I HIGHLY recommend Manchester Mazda.. More

Best car buying experience ever So...I went to Mazda of Manchester for a flash update for my 03 Mazda 6! While waiting my 2 yr old daughter and I were just browsing the lot just for fresh air! Lorraine Mumby came out and introduced herself! I told her my wife and I thought about purchasing the CX-9 but never seriously considered it! She then offered me an extended test drive of a 2014 CX-9 for 24hrs and BAM...we were sold on it! Lorraine, Brandon and I agreed on the numbers and Mark (Business Manager) sealed the deal! The staff there was very chill and young which made me feel my wants were more respected and honored! Thanks Lorraine for simply approaching me and not writing me off as a tire kicker LOL! Best car buying experience ever! More

The service I had done on my vehicle today was front and rear splash guards door sill plates and a rear bumper guard I was informed it would take two hours and $48 an hour for a total of $96 plus tax Grand total was $112.31 vehicle was in the shop from 11:44 AM to 12:47 PM I should've been charged $48 plus tax if Mazda of Manchester continues this practice from the service department I will take my Mazda and have it serviced somewhere else that's just a rip off. So I was charged $112.31 for an hour and three minutes worth of work if they want to keep my business and they should compensate me for those three minutes it's the principle not the money More
First Service as Good as the Sale Experience This is unusual for us to visit Manchester Mazda for no other reason than to say hi to the gang and get a car wash. But yes, we do it now. Then, we were notified of our 1st service, No apprehension or dread here--we looked forward to seeing everyone and keeping our CX-5 up to date on it's service visits. It may sound corny in these days, but a kept car keeps you running. And it does help to deal with friendly and helpful people. I see a long and fun friendship with MOM (even their initials stand for someone special). Hey MOM, see you at the next car wash/ service date! More

Service department is great! I did not buy my Mazda 3 from Mazda of Manchester but I wish I did! I get my car serviced at Mazda of Manchester and everyone is always friendly. I don't know much about the mechanics of cars but whenever I have a question, he never makes me feel like an idiot for asking. He's great at his job and makes the waiting period less painful. It is always a pleasure to gt my car serviced here and I would recommended Mazda of Manchester to anyone! More
