I bought a Used 2006 GMC Canyon form Carter chevrolet approximately January 2014. I heard a bearing type noise coming from the engine compartment , especially when just starting the vehicle. I susp approximately January 2014. I heard a bearing type noise coming from the engine compartment , especially when just starting the vehicle. I suspected the Tensioner or Idler pulley was making the noise. Since I have a 90 day warranty from Carter chevy I decided to try to get it looked at. I was told (By Carter chevy) to go to Mazda of Manchester for Service. I dropped it of in the Morning on Saturday 2/22. When I got there I met Kyle Chappalle. Kyle impressed me the minute I met Him. He was very attentive to my problem, and within a matter of hours I was able to pick up the Vehicle with a New Serpentine Belt Tensioner. Now I can say that the noise I heard was no longer there. BACKGROUND : In the past I have done all of my own work on my Vehicles, because quite frankly I never trusted anyone working on my car. I must say that after the experienc with Mazda of Manxhester, I am a true beleiver that there are good service places out there and I must say that Mazda of Manchester made me a true beleiver. I am a Mechanical Engineer and am an avid Shade tree mechanic. I have done much work on my own cars, such as; 1). Tranny fluid filter and flid change. 2). head gasket replacemtn on a front wheel drive (olds) Ciera. 3). Multiple brake jobs. 4). Heater Cores. 5). Clutch replacement 6). too much else to list here. I am now in my 50's and I must say that I have finally found a repair center that I fell in love with. I would not hesitate to take my car to mazda for any type of repair. They even washed my car. This was the first wash since I bought the car (it is still winter). I work at Pratt and will HIGHLY recomnmend Kyle and his buddies at Mazda of Manchester to my Coworkers. I know I rambled but I never thought I would truly trust anybody working on my car, exce3pt for Mazda of Manchester. Thanks to Kyle and the entire team at mazda of Manchester. More

I brought my new 2012 CX-9 for some minor warantee work. The service department was very friendly and very knowledgable. On another note, I would just like to commend the Mazda of Manchester sales team. I bought my new 2012 CX-9 from Mazda of Manchester and had had a very pleseant experience from the beginning. I had originally gone to other Mazda dealers around the Hartford area and got the typical sales run around and "sales talk". I finally walked into Mazda of Manchester and spoke directly with Michelle Jette (one of the Sales Managers). I told her what options I wanted on the vehicle and the interior/exterior colors. I also mentioned the price I was willing to pay. She did some calculations and 30 minutes later I signed the agreement and bought the car. No haggling, no fuss. This is what car buying should be like. Great Work!!! I would highly recommend this dealership for its sales and service! More

Jeff Pollard is a top notch technician... highly-qualified, capable, and thorough in his diagnostic explanations. I've specifically asked for Jeff when serious work has to be done. The first such was a while ago when the hydraulic clutch mechanism was binding on our 1998 Mazda 626. My having tied a rope onto it to pull it up off the floor so impressed Jeff that a mutual bond of respect was established during our short test drive. More recently when a heater hose sprang a leak on the same car I decided to have all the hoses replaced. Knowing that tearing into that vintage engine compartment could cause more problems, I asked for Jeff to do the job. More
