I want to start by saying this was one of the most seamless and effortless vehicle transactions I've ever participated in. We came prepared to make this purchase happen and because of everybody's efforts this was an amazing experience. David our finance manager had everything prepared promptly, thoroughly and electronically (which is the only way to do business these days) We saved countless hours on haggling, due to all parties professional candor and honesty. We lost a bit of equity in the vehicles we traded in, but that was expected. Trading in two vehicles for a more expensive one is always a task. They all worked well past working hours for us, due to me not getting to the dealership until after work. They also have bent over backwards for us to send documents I simply didn't have handy via email, which is unheard of in my opinion. • The Mandal CDJR team was nothing short of exquisite to deal with.
