Brenden was my service worker and he was great. He was informative and knowledgeable on what was going in with the truck. He got answers quickly and kept me in the loop. Was pleasantly surprised to find Monday morning service times available online not quite sure the dealership was aware when I pulled in at 9:30 but Ashlyn was very nice. Oil change went great, but the service of finding out why my rear passenger side window periodically won't stay up wasn't resolved. I was told that the technician after 7 times of working the window controls my rear passenger side window periodically won't stay up wasn't resolved. I was told that the technician after 7 times of working the window controls he was able to mimic the problem then was told it was a heat issue but no repairs were made. If there is a heat related issue after working the window 7 times then there is a problem with it. The fix isn't to tell the customer to bring it back if it happens again. It's a periodic problem like I explained when I dropped it off, so yes it will happen again. So with the oil change service I was pleased with, but the warranty repair issue was completely unsatisfactory which I will notate in the survey that I have yet to fill out. More
