We drove in from out of state to purchase a used vehicle. Amy gave me an out the door price before we drove to the dealership. We were happy with the price and scheduled a time to test drive the vehicle. We set up financing before arriving to the appointment. We were in and out in under two hours. What took the longest was our insurance company asked a lot of questions before they gave us the insurance Ont eh vehicle. It would have been an even faster sale if it wasn’t for our car insurance. Financing went smooth and the price was very fair. We would use Mandal again. Highly recommend! No hard sell, very professional, and we were out the door very quickly. It was a seamless purchase. I’ve heard numerous excuses but the current one is about the dealership not having the correct part for my truck. I’ve been without a vehicle for a few days now due to my warranty only covering a rental for so long. The dealership said they would provide one but once they learned my age (20) they immediately had nothing for me. Even though I’m active duty military & most places have exceptions. No help was offered & the bare minimum was given. The customer service in person has been very lacking & is very disappointing. More
