The maintenance drop-off was quick and the personnel were helpful. Although, I am not sure why I have to click on the which services I want to get online if the technician is going to ask me once I get ther helpful. Although, I am not sure why I have to click on the which services I want to get online if the technician is going to ask me once I get there and the information provided online isn't passed along to them. In addition, I received a letter within a day of my last visit stating I have recall work that needs to be performed on my vehicle I haven't responded to Mandal's requests for service. This was not brought up at my visit either. More

The service department was incredible! Jeremy and the other gentleman I worked with were very helpful. My Wrangler was repaired ahead of schedule and it was detailed to perfection.
