Bought a 2 yr old used caravan. Nearly 3 years, 9+ service trips/dropoffs, 2 transmissions, multiple rental cars, an outragious inconvenience, and they still can't fix it. While the dealership was clean and the folks friendly. ..I wasn't at all happy with the price quoted on the website being different than I received...you don't need to charge me $11.19 for shop supplies an ..I wasn't at all happy with the price quoted on the website being different than I received...you don't need to charge me $11.19 for shop supplies and other environmental charges that bring a simple oil change over $100...when I was quoted 79.95 when I made the appointment on-line...having the service manager say that it's a glitch in the website is total B.S. going back to doing it myself for less than $60 for full synthetic...over 100 for regular oil is B.S. asked to have the tires topped off when I dropped it off and had to remind them of it afterwards...attention to detail folks More

I stopped in without an appointment and I was helped within less than five minutes. I was given Neil as my salesman which was very kind, friendly, and informative.
