Called the dealership to find out what I needed to do to get a replacement key for my Jeep. Andrew was the first person to assist me and he was extremely helpful. In fact, he saved me money as he asked if I get a replacement key for my Jeep. Andrew was the first person to assist me and he was extremely helpful. In fact, he saved me money as he asked if I had purchased an insurance package—which I had but did not realize it would cover key replacement. I was also assisted by “Tripp” (?) who was also very helpful. Finally, Heather assisted in scheduling a time to program the new key. She was very accommodating in the process.
