Was pleasantly surprised to find Monday morning service times available online not quite sure the dealership was aware when I pulled in at 9:30 but Ashlyn was very nice. Oil change went great, but the service of finding out why my rear passenger side window periodically won't stay up wasn't resolved. I was told that the technician after 7 times of working the window controls my rear passenger side window periodically won't stay up wasn't resolved. I was told that the technician after 7 times of working the window controls he was able to mimic the problem then was told it was a heat issue but no repairs were made. If there is a heat related issue after working the window 7 times then there is a problem with it. The fix isn't to tell the customer to bring it back if it happens again. It's a periodic problem like I explained when I dropped it off, so yes it will happen again. So with the oil change service I was pleased with, but the warranty repair issue was completely unsatisfactory which I will notate in the survey that I have yet to fill out. More

I called before I dropped my jeep off to ask if they had all parts to fix the recall and they said they did. Paperwork on the recall said the repair should take 6 hours I dropped it off around noon on Monda all parts to fix the recall and they said they did. I called Tuesday afternoon they said that they had to order some parts so it would be finished sometime Wednesday. I did not hear anything from them on Wednesday so I called Thursday and they said it would be finished sometime the next day. I finally got my vehicle back on Friday. I was not offered a loaner and had to miss work because I did not have a vehicle and was continuously told the next day More
