Brought my car in to be fixed after another dealership was chasing electrical issues that werent the root cause of the code my car was throwing, so we brought it to mandal cdjr they got it in and tried so was chasing electrical issues that werent the root cause of the code my car was throwing, so we brought it to mandal cdjr they got it in and tried something and it was fixed until the day I went to pick it up, so I let them hold onto it and they immediately got to work as they had a clue for what it could be. since nothing else worked and once the parts were in they tested it thoroughly and said it was finally fixed. And it was. Months of issues with this code finally solved, This dealership truly goes the extra mile for their customers and it's rare to find a team that cares this much about long-term satisfaction, rather than just making a quick sale. A huge thank you to the whole team. More

I purchased my Civic from this dealership, and within the first month I started experiencing serious issues. The battery kept dying, and I later found out there was a problem with the tensioner that caused t first month I started experiencing serious issues. The battery kept dying, and I later found out there was a problem with the tensioner that caused the belt to rub, contributing to the issue. I replaced the battery myself, but the problem continued. After taking it to AutoZone, I was told the alternator is bad, and replacing it will cost around $600 — meaning the new battery didn’t solve anything. On top of that, the tires were already worn down and had to be replaced shortly after purchase. What’s most frustrating is that the warranty barely covered any of these repairs — only about $300 — leaving me to pay the majority out of pocket. As a service member, it honestly feels like I may have been taken advantage of. I do want to say the dealership staff may not have been aware of these underlying issues, but having this many problems within the first month of ownership is still unacceptable. I love Civics, but this experience has been disappointing. More
