Not sure where to start but though the problem was repaired, there are issues with costs. 1. I knew that the problem was the power window regulator (I had already removed the door cover to secure th repaired, there are issues with costs. 1. I knew that the problem was the power window regulator (I had already removed the door cover to secure the window that had fallen into the door well. 2. Though I was charged the $199 diag fee, I figured that was fair (see later on as though they were warned, he had to trouble shoot the connections to various switches in the door.) 3. Was told initial repair cost was $1700 as the tech stated I needed a new power window switch and motor. 4. I questioned that diag and advised that during my inspection, I could have disconnected the main door power harness as everything worked till I put the door cover back on, then it didn't work but did not remove the door cover a 2nd time to trouble it. 5. Was informed that I didn't need a switch as the tech found a loose connection/wire and fixed it but I still needed the motor, cost now at $1100. 6. I questioned that diag AGAIN as NOTHING worked when I put the door cover back on so this was the 3rd time I tried to explain, aka point towards the electrical issue, about the wiring and connections. Felt bad for Debra the service advisor. 7. Got a call back AGAIN stating the motor was fine, tech corrected the connection problem(s) and EVERYTHING, including the lights in the door work, now the cost is around $900+. So here's why I'm a little critical about the service dept. The cost of the window rail/regulator directly from MOPAR parts is just over $200. After market it's anywhere from $50 to $100. However, Mandal CDJR charged me $375 even though Chryslers MSRP is $325. Calling 2 different Chrysler dealerships within 75 miles, they both quoted me $325 for the SAME part number for what I was charged for. So, how does Mandal explain charging $50 more the same part another dealer not even 5 miles away charges or one thats in the next state? Then I wonder, if Mandal is purposely over charging it's customers for parts, just how far does this go with other customers? And during my check out, I picked up the dealers paperwork, instead of the one I was supposed to get, and the service advisor couldn't pull it out of my hands fast enough. It had WAY more info on it then my paperwork. Another red flag that someone was trying to hide something. In closing, I doubt I'll be back for any service on either my Town and Country or my Jeep. Though the staff that I interacted with were great and respectful, from my side, the customer side, something doesn't seem right about this overcharge for the part and if it was an honest mistake or on purpose. I brought my Ram in to have parts replaced in my engine, and they tried to tell me my engine was shot and it would be $17k for a new one. Literally because they didn't want to fix $300 in parts. Then charge me $300 to diagnose, and all they did was pull a oil sending unit to diagnose a compete engine failure all the while my oil pressure was normal. Thankfully Anthony fixed that fee. I'm disappointed in you Mandal. But now I'm scared to use you again, because ever time i bring a vehicle in, something else seems sabotaged to get me to come back! I'm still xxxxxx that y'all won't fix the issue with the gas tank float y'all put in. Now my truck doesn't know how much gas i have half the time. More

I’ve heard numerous excuses but the current one is about the dealership not having the correct part for my truck. I’ve been without a vehicle for a few days now due to my warranty only covering a rental for so long. The dealership said they would provide one but once they learned my age (20) they immediately had nothing for me. Even though I’m active duty military & most places have exceptions. No help was offered & the bare minimum was given. The customer service in person has been very lacking & is very disappointing. More
