2023 Explorer King Ranch. This was my retirement dream car and I love the vehicle. However, the dealer had me in tears and regreting my purchase from them. Specifically, the f This was my retirement dream car and I love the vehicle. However, the dealer had me in tears and regreting my purchase from them. Specifically, the following reasons: 1. My salesman was let go earily on. 2. The Sales Manager left just after. 3. No one there returns phone calls, they would rather ignor you. 4. The Sales Manager was hired back and worked with me and quoted me 60 months at 3.9% Ford Financing. 5. Instead of calling to explain any financing issues I was forced to obtain my own. No calls to explain. 6. The dealer was to add a dashcam when the car arrived. I instructed the salesman assigned to me to please order the dashcam so I don't have to wait when the car arrives. 7. Two weeks later I called parts and asked if the dashcam was ordered. To my surprise it was not so I placed the order. 8. My car arrived on Friday morning and I was told it would take a couple days for me to pick it up. 9. On the following Wednesday they told me the Explorer wasn't ready because they had to install the dashcam. 10. When I arrived to pick up the car. It had no trailer hitch which I was told that all King Ranch models come with the towing package. Now I'm told it doesn't. Remember I custom ordered this. 11. The cargo mat I ordered was not installed in the car $150 option. When they brought it out it was a $6 piece of plastic. I ordered a cargo matt from weathertech and absolutely love it for $124. 12. I found out two weeks later when I went to download video from my dashcam that the rear camera and cable was dtill in the box never installed. I have many more items to add if you want me to. Do not by a car from this dealer. They have serious problems! More

Easy in and out. Great and friendly service personnel. Interestingly, the women are in the back office clerical roles and not in the advisor or sales roles. I always bring my own, but it would be great if they had a keurig style coffee machine so I can bring my own tea or coffee. Not a fault- just an idea. I love the comfort of this dealership and its close to Cabellas and other shopping areas. I just wish FORD would get on the ball with serious recall parts! More
