I stopped in at Mankato Motors Chevy for a oil change and tire rotation. One of my tires has a slow leak about one to two pounds a month. Started out great ... ended not so great. Vehicle wasn't detailed. Went in to get detailed proir to pick up, not only didn't get detailed, but they damaged the rear drivers door backing it out of the shop. detailed. We're from Fairmont, ended up making 5 trips to Mankato dealing with this purchase. Final trip, was picking up the spare keys they couldn't find when we took possession. NO communication between employees. Our sales person said he would make it up to us with some oil changes... have been waiting 4 months still nothing, and not returning our calls. More
