The fact that they are not commission based means they aren't pushy like those in the area who still practice that traditional sales method. We only had one misunderstanding about a couple features of the car I got but neither are earth shattering problems for me. I love that the car came with free car washes for the life of the lease and the first oil change is free. That plus the onstar service really made this the best choice for me. I would definitely return again and again to Mankato Motors. More

Joe went out of his way to get me the exact vehicle I want. I did not have to compromise and I could not be more satisfied with my new 2012 Jetta Sportwagen TDI. Travis took me for a test drive and showed me all the extra perks this car came with, he really knew the vehicle and answered every question I had. This was my first time dealing with Mankato Motors and I was very impressed and would definitely recommend Travis as the sales person to ask for. Just for everyone reading this, I have had my car for a couple months and have called in since my purchase and everyone has been helpful. Not once did I feel any pressure from him to make a sale!! Gary and the Finance Department made trading in my car and finding me the right financing very easy. He remembered very specific things from our first meeting (where we never even introduced ourselves), and we always felt like he was simply out to help us in whatever way we needed. The night we took our new vehicle home, he even hopped in and showed us every feature and how to use it, which we had never experienced while purchasing a car in the past. We also worked with Dustin in financing. Him, along with other team members we encountered were extremely professional and genuinely helpful. We appreciate the low pressure business model (it was high pressure tactics that completely turned us off from buying from a different dealership in Mankato), and it made for a very simple and enjoyable purchasing experience.
