We have taken our accord here about 4-5 times now and everytime the service center has come through for us. They haven't over charged for anything and have honored their online specials for prices. OK, raise your hand if you didn’t use your car heater or defroster in the past 3 weeks, with temperatures dropping to the 30s every night. It’s been brutal, especially because I have medical conditions that are exacerbated by the cold. So here’s the email I got from the service manager, Zach: "I’m sorry that the heater cable was damaged during your visit. I assure you it wasn’t intentional, but merely a side effect attempting to expedite your repair." So it’s a mere side effect that I have to bundle up and wear gloves if I drive for much of the day - it’s 45 degrees at 10:30 am while I write this. It’s a mere side effect that I often need pain medication after I drive in my cold car. It’s a mere side effect that I can’t pick up my medically fragile disabled sister, because she couldn’t stand the cold. Thanks, Zach. My original schedule was rescheduled because it was going to take longer due to staff being sick. I was told it would take an hour to 11/2 hours this time. Twice the tech had to show mw where it was on the passenger seat. Could not find it. No paper bag, no box. More
