Emergency evacuation. I usually do not write reviews but, I had my vehicle towed to ManlyHonda for maintenance. With a stressful life experience already happening in my p I usually do not write reviews but, I had my vehicle towed to ManlyHonda for maintenance. With a stressful life experience already happening in my personal life- Service Rep. Jose R. made everything comfortable and understanding in my needs The staff was professionaL as always.then- They provided a brand new 2020 showroom Honda CR-V as the rental car While maintenance was waiting on me to make decisions on parts and whatnot for the repair, And all the sudden an emergency flood evacuation took place I was really getting some piece of mind and thinking about buying this car! Reminding me why I stay with Honda. (too many reasons) 35 days later Manly Honda stood by their customer Satisfaction in just asking if I was ok and enjoying the rental and that my car has been ready.for days. I had been having phone issues and could not get messages . though I have to admit- I was endulging at this point having fun driving and evaluating this Honda to and from work And I was going to pay the depth I owed. ( the 2020 CR-V is amazing ) But Jose R.wasn't done. Coming out of an evacuation and having some other issues Jose provided me with a gift on the rental that I was responsible for.. I was almost in tears and disbelief of the financial burden that he went out of his way To save me. This is why I call Manly Honda My Honda Dealer... Thank you Honda And thank you so much Jose R. Excellent Service at Manly I went in to get a recall car issue dealt with and they handled it perfectly for me and also looked into another issue I had with the radio controls o I went in to get a recall car issue dealt with and they handled it perfectly for me and also looked into another issue I had with the radio controls on my steering wheel and fixed that. Christopher Reid was very knowledgeable and helpful to me with my car I rented a car for the day from Jennifer and she was very kind and helpful to work with as well. Had the oil changed. Notified I'd need new tires soon. They were very helpful. I arrived early because our home is four hours from where we purchased the car. Gave false information Was told that rear brakes needed to be repla ed immediately as to dangerous. Pressured to do service right then.
