Service of 2018 Civic I scheduled an appointment to have my oil changed in my 2018 Honda Civic LX (I love this car, and I actually nicknamed him “Manly”) at the Manly Servi I scheduled an appointment to have my oil changed in my 2018 Honda Civic LX (I love this car, and I actually nicknamed him “Manly”) at the Manly Service Center. It was recommended that I get the 10k Mile Maintenance service, so I did end up doing that. This maintenance included an oil change, tire rotation, and an inspection. I’m glad I opted to get more than just an oil change in the end. The service advisor who took care of me, Bill Robertson, was very kind and helpful throughout this process. I waited at the center while my vehicle was being tended to, and it only took about an hour and thirty minutes. I just sat there and enjoyed the free WiFi. I had a great experience! More

Consistent Excellent Service Each and every time I have my car serviced at Manly I receive excellent courteous service from all the employees. My preferred service advisor, Bill Robertson, is knowledgeable and goes out of his way to ensure I understand the elements of service. When a service light was not reset and I called, even tho it was late in day, he had me return to the center and personally reset it. Ditto when I had a dead battery charged by AAA and called late in day on a Friday, he had mem come in, fit me in and replaced the battery for my peace of mind even tho' indicator said good. This is why I say Consistent Excellent Service! More
