It's the one I share with anyone who will listen. At a time of need. After a brutal home invasion. When all credit cards, debit cards were stolen, along with my car keys. I came in to get new keys made. I was turned away because I was unable to pay for services at time of completion. Even after explaining my situation. Asking to be billed, providing them my insurance info. I was still denied services. I still use Manley Honda. But I never forget how they treated me when I needed them most. I also tell this story to everyone interested in Manley Honda. More

My transaction is not making this dealership any money. It's a free repair of a recall & a free reset of a radio on a car that I didn't even buy there but I was treated like a valued customer, with courtesy and professionalism. I've brought my children's cars in for repairs/maintenance before and everything was perfect at a fair price but this was above and beyond. 10 out of 10, would recommend. More

Total attention to detail I brought my Honda Accord Hybrid in for routine maintenance and while waiting for the vehicle to be completed, Bill Robertson came to the waiting are I brought my Honda Accord Hybrid in for routine maintenance and while waiting for the vehicle to be completed, Bill Robertson came to the waiting area and told me there was a nail in a tire, found when the tires were being rotated. He advised the tire was repairable and there would be a nominal charge for doing so. With that and all the rest of the service work done, the car was ready within the promised waiting time. This was a totally satisfying visit. More
