Manly Honda - Service Center

Not a well-oiled machine I had an 8:45 appointment for an oil change. Most places are pretty good about getting your car in at the scheduled time. I first had to check-in so t I had an 8:45 appointment for an oil change. Most places are pretty good about getting your car in at the scheduled time. I first had to check-in so they could check off I was there. Then I had to wait for a representative to get my service information in order....that took about 30 minutes. I then had to wait over an hour for my car to get done. When I went to pick up my car I found they changed out my license plate covers with "Manly Honda" plate covers. They did not ask me if this was okay to do; they just did it. If they want me to advertise for their company they better be paying me! After I finally got my car I had more work to do as I had to take their covers off, throw them away, and then put my old ones back on. I was late for work that day, based on my assumption an 8:45 appointment for an oil change and basic check wouldn't take almost two hours. No, I won't be going back. More

Engine Light Erroneously On Manly's service dept. reset my engine light and didn't charge me. Because there was quite a line in the service dept. they even paid for Uber to drop Manly's service dept. reset my engine light and didn't charge me.
