Respectful and honest Dave provided me up to date information on the status of my Odyssey while a new alternator was being installed. He provided our family with a loaner Dave provided me up to date information on the status of my Odyssey while a new alternator was being installed. He provided our family with a loaner Pilot since our Odyssey was not going to be repaired in time for me to pick up my daughters from school. Unfortunately, my daughter and I were involved in a car accident while in the Pilot. When I informed Dave of the situation, the first question he asked was the well being of my daughter and myself. I truly appreciated his concern with my family and am looking forward to having our Odyssey serviced at Manly from now on. I want to say "Thank you Dave" for everything. More

Very friendly and helpful I took my car in for a recall - they were very helpful, friendly and made my experience very pleasant. The only reason I didn't give them a five star I took my car in for a recall - they were very helpful, friendly and made my experience very pleasant. The only reason I didn't give them a five star is they didn't tell me when I made the appointment that I could get a rental car for free when the service was for a recall (instead of taking the shuttle). They did tell me once I got there, and it worked out fine. More
