EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! There was a recall on my passenger airbag which was taken care of. I also had a "run in" with another driver; where my passenger side mirror was disconnected from my car and just hanging by the wirin g. Ted had it repaired to a point of almost new for me! Great job! Interior lights needed more work than I had time for that day, so he made me a new appointment. More

I had worked all night long and was exhausted, she not only asked if she could get me a snack or a beverage, she actually went and got water and brought it to me. These folks go out of their way to make even my service experience a good one. I have now purchased three vehicles from this dealership and have helped a family member purchase a vehicle there last week. Service experience I found the staff very helpful and attentive. Any questions or concerns where taken seriously and Dave Ashly went above and beyond to make sure a prob I found the staff very helpful and attentive. Any questions or concerns where taken seriously and Dave Ashly went above and beyond to make sure a problem with my car was taken care of correctly. This problem had nothing to do with Manly! He called and got me connected with the person that he knew needed to make things right. I will be back and they took good care of me and I felt very comfortable. I only had one issue and that was that my appointment was for 1:30 and I wasn't called back to talk with a service person until almost 2:30. I had someone waiting and kids to pick up. If this was tightened up better than it would have been a great experience. More
