I was pretty stressed the first day I called because I didn't know what was wrong with my car, and I'm sure I came off as a bit rude, but he continued being very friendly. He was very knowledgeable, and even texted me rather than calling because of my crazy schedule. He (and the rest of the staff) had awesome customer service skills, despite the fact that the dealership was very busy when I went. I will definitely be requesting Bill work with me next time I need to go to Honda for anything. More
Definite Improvement! This was our first service visit to the new building. We were not impressed with the arrangement for customers in the previous facility. It had been very confusing to approach and the customer waiting area was dismal. All that has changed! Now you are greeted when you drive up and given friendly instructions on where to go next. Our service writer, Carlos Martinez, was pleasant and helpful. However the waiting area shows a lot of planning for customer comfort and convenience. The shuttle drivers regularly come through to see if anyone needs a ride. Yet even better, there are customer care reps who make contact with everyone waiting to be sure they have all their questions answered. Not to mention that from time to time they pull freshly baked cookies out of the oven! From making an appointment by email with Bill Robertson to the service writers to Mandi Sumner, a customer care rep the customer is well taken care of. OH...and our 2014 Honda Accord also received excellent care. More

Emergency Work Required I recently had an alternator that needed replacing. I saw the battery come on and realized that my driving time was limited. I managed to pull in to a parking lot with next to zero battery left and called the DriveSure number to arrange for a tow to Manly Honda. (My Honda is a very dependable vehicle, but it has 113,000 miles on it and parts eventually wear out.) I got the truck to Manly and they took me in with their usual professional manner, but without an appointment. The service representative indicated that the service was no problem. They graciously fit me into their schedule and I had the truck back later that day. More
Car deals the way it should be I checked online site looking for the car I wanted a (Honda Ridgeline Black Edition). I saw that Manly had one but so did dealer closer to me. A few of the dealership said they had one but turns out they did not really have it and tried to get me into something else. Not Manly, I got an email back with a quote and after a phone call to Curt Miller set up appointment saw the truck. We walked over it, I drove it and bought it. No funny business, in and out for the price he gave me. I would buy a car from them. (I drove just under 2 hours to get there) Thanks Kevin More
