I had a very hard finding service. I passed the first driveway off Hearn and took the 2nd driveway. Still Manly Honda, but no way to find the service building. That should not be necessary. What is wrong that you haven't put a name on the building from the South of the lot, or arrows , or a direct route. Very bad planning for ease of finding. More

But a simple visit to install four new tires dragged on to almost THREE HOURS because, though the tires were on and ready, Dave kept being dragged away to deal with something else. Especially with the customer in the waiting room, ready to go, as I was, top priority should be to spend the five minutes needed to wrap things up AS SOON AS THE WORK IS DONE. Then deal with the interruptions. More
