Greeted by Mike Esaia with a smile, ushered to the customer service desk, then to the customer waiting area where I was finally greeted by Hirbin "Irving" Ceballos. Mr. Ceballos went over the details of the service that my car was to receive in a professional, but personal manner. I was ushered over to the wait area again and offered a beverage from an incredible coffee machine. My feeling is that I paid for all that service. My bill for the oil change and checks was $104.99. With my $10 coupon it came to $99.12. Congratulations, Manly, your facility is beautiful, your staff is wonderful. My feeling is that your customers are paying a pretty steep price for that. My CR-V will be coming up for its 100,000 mile service next and I will be shopping around for the best price. More

Excellent service and reasonable prices! I love Manly Honda for a couple of reasons: First, all the people in the service department who are really helpful and honest. I never feel like I am I love Manly Honda for a couple of reasons: First, all the people in the service department who are really helpful and honest. I never feel like I am being taken for a ride. Second, I really like having my car serviced and repaired with Honda. I say that because there is so much guff over how "expensive" Honda is. Just to disprove this point, I had an estimate done with a very good, very reputable mechanic locally and I received a very similar bid minus the Honda parts. I think for resale or trade in purposes having a good service record with Honda is the best bet. In my mind you always get what you pay for, good or bad. Looking forward to my next oil change so I can see my good buddy Jess Prestige who has offered me great advice and excellent service. More

Their service department can't be beat for their exceptional knowledge, customer service and superb work. We always know that our CRV is in good hands when we leave it with them. And every single service and repair experience has been a good one. We cannot be happier with Manly Honda. Except ... One evening earlier this week I went on line to make a service appointment because my week was full and I didn't think that I had time to call them during business hours.. I went to the Manly website and clicked on service. I selected the date and time for my appointment. Then I chose a service representative based on a prompt and display of photos and names of all the service reps. The I clicked on SUBMIT, but I couldn't tell if the appointment had been made or not, because at that point an opaques list of service days and times appeared over the right side of the screen. I tried to use the program two more times, but got nowhere. I know that computer programs have glitches. I've worked with computers and systems for over 30 years. That wasn't my problem. I went back to the website and went on live chat. I detailed by problem and the response was that someone would get back to me. Shortly thereafter I got two emails telling me that, since I didn't tell them what kind of car I wanted to buy, they couldn't make and appointment. Then I went back to the website and went to CONTACT. I wrote an email explaining my problem and what I needed from Manly. At some point night I got three emails. One confirmed by 9:45 am appointment, and two confirmed my 6 am. appointments. ????? So I thought I had a 9:45 am appointment. When my partner showed up for that appointment, she was told that since we didn't show up for the 6 am appointments, our 9:45 am appointment was cancelled. Our service rep managed to get us on the schedule and the service was handled with that department's usual competence. What bothered both of us about this whole experience was not the computer glitch. They happen. What bothered us was the the IT and customer service staff that we both had interaction with kept insisting that what ever didn't happen correctly was our fault. I was told that I had gone onto the sales section of the website, not the service department. Funny, I didn't think that you had service reps in Sales. The vehicle service department was efficient and resolved the timing problem. They were courteous and worked to get our customer needs taken care of. No one else did. We have come to expect that attitude from IT personnel everywhere, but not from other Manly staff. If we had not had so many years of good interaction with Manly staff, we would have been sorely tempted to take our business someplace else. As consumers we still like the concept that customers are always right, and we have, in the past, always felt taken care of at Manly. What we encountered this week was unusual, but very discouraging because it came from a number of staff people. More

Manly Honda's service department is the best My appointment yesterday went great (as have my previous ones). I was able to easily get an appointment online for the day I wanted (the next day) and My appointment yesterday went great (as have my previous ones). I was able to easily get an appointment online for the day I wanted (the next day) and at a specific time. When I arrived, the service rep Irving couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. I had the option to wait on the vehicle (since they generally try to get the service done as soon as possible and provide good estimates). However given the two hour est. I took advantage of the free shuttle service to get to my office in downtown SR. The shuttle driver Ricky was great, and very friendly. He was even covering for an extra driver who was out that day (he was monitoring two cell phones). While I was at the service office I got a free double latte from their machine (delicious). I was sent a text message from Irving's cell phone with a phone number and link to the repair status page. He called me as soon as the vehicle was ready. I just couldn't ask for better service!! (I have no affiliation, just a happy Manly customer) More

Great service managers I always take my vehicle to Manly Honda service center. They are fast, efficient, and reliable. Their service managers are great. If possible, I always try to seek out Bill Robertson, because he is the greatest of the great. He goes the extra mile towards customer satisfaction. I have not had a bad experience with any of the managers though. So far, they are all top notch and, maybe I am naive, but they all seem to care! More
