Right hand vs left hand When I came in for my prescheduled appointment, I had to check in at the desk then sit and wait for almost 20 minutes for someone to basically hold my When I came in for my prescheduled appointment, I had to check in at the desk then sit and wait for almost 20 minutes for someone to basically hold my hand while he wrote up the service. I said what needed to be done when I made the appointment, why another "interview". I expect to just drop off my car and have the work done. On top of that, I had been told when I bought the car that my first oil change would be free. The hand-holder argued with me that they never do that. I had to make another appointment and bring in paperwork showing I was to be given a free oil change. I tried three times to make the second appointment before I was finally called back - after I left a message for the manager. I have not had good experience with Manly so far - in fact, I never should have bought the car from the condescending. lying salesman in the first place. More

I was told my battery was low and should be replaced. I thought that had been done recently but when I checked my honda folder I saw it was replaced in may of 2011! Honda was right. Nice people great cars! More
