Excellent Customer Service Environment I took my son-in-law's Honda Van in for a "Recall" issue and I was surprised by the welcome and hospitality of everyone in the service department. The little blond Hospitality Hostess was so pleasant and engaging to everyone in the waiting room. The Service Techs took the time to fully explain the what-why and how on the "recall" issue which was fixed in just over an hour. I spoke with Santiago who was extremely nice and professional. He kept me up to speed on everything and answered my every question. If I called and left a message, he promptly got back to me. Never did he make me feel like I was being a pest. He also dealt with the warranty company which kept my cost to a minimum. Manly Honda, all your employees should be like Santiago. Excellent job!!!
