Excellent Customer service I took my vehicle to Manly Honda for a new headlight. The parts person had the bulb in and out of my vehicle in less than 10 minutes. By far the best Santa Rosa dealership and service I can't say enough good things about Manly Honda. Purchasing my used 2012 Accord from Mark Fladspeth in 2015 was enjoyable (which is saying a lot sinc I can't say enough good things about Manly Honda. Purchasing my used 2012 Accord from Mark Fladspeth in 2015 was enjoyable (which is saying a lot since I had just fought my way through a buy back with another dealer and a different model car). I've had 2, 3 month services so far and they have have been terrific. Santiago Pizano has been my service advisor and has been very respectful, helpful, and knowledgeable. Just as importantly, I am treated well by the entire staff. It matters more than I can say - a car is a huge expense and investment. Manly treats me like they understand that. BTW - really appreciate the espresso and snacks served in the customer lounge :). More

You need another category under how to pick an employee to work with, and that doesn't come from a "bio". I always pick Bill because of WHO HE IS and how he TREATS ME, with patience and kindness and expertise. Because of the WAY HE IS, I always do the work on my car he suggests, if I can afford it at that time. Want your kid to learn how to read? Ask me. Want to find out how a car runs, and get it fixed? Ask Bill Robertson. Everytime something on my car acts up, I thank God right then and there, that Bill's name pops up in my mind, and I am ON THAT PHONE TO HIM IMMEDIATELY!
