Bill Petty is a good customer relations person My prior visit to Manly was not a good experience in terms of the time it took them to service my car even with an appointment. I mentioned this to Bi My prior visit to Manly was not a good experience in terms of the time it took them to service my car even with an appointment. I mentioned this to Bill Petty and he promised to do better as I was going to find another repair shop if I was again waiting 3 hours for a simple service. Well, he really moved the process along and I was serviced in an acceptable amount of time. So I will return to Manly for my next service. Thank you Bill! More

They squeezed me in that day, and quickly diagnosed a failing battery pack. The part was under warranty, so they replaced it at no cost to me. They provided an Enterprise rental car at a reasonable rental rate while my car was in the shop. Car was ready on schedule, and the problem was resolved. More
