I won't ever dread taking my car in for service I pulled up to the service area, checked in, and waited in the comfortable and clean waiting area. I then met with Irving who was very polite and aske I pulled up to the service area, checked in, and waited in the comfortable and clean waiting area. I then met with Irving who was very polite and asked me about my car and informed me about the service my car was in for, and checked if I needed a courtesy car. After that, I was on my way. The entire process was painless and took only 15 minutes. I especially like receiving a text message notifying me when my car was ready to be picked up. The staff were all very polite and the service floor conveyed an organized and serene professionalism. More

mixed feelings I have mixed feelings about this latest experience at Manly Honda's service center in Santa Rosa. I started out very impressed. Alexis is the person I I have mixed feelings about this latest experience at Manly Honda's service center in Santa Rosa. I started out very impressed. Alexis is the person I talked to when scheduling my appointment. I was ecstatic to hear that there was an available appointment the very next day. I dropped off my car the night before and expected to hear from the service advisor the next day but no, I heard from Bill Petty the very same day to confirm what was needed and how much the service would cost. He also told me that I would get a text message when my car was ready for pick up even though he knew i wouldn't make it until the end of the day to pick it up. I was thrilled. The next morning I got a text message at 930 am (4 hours early) that my car was ready. I was really impressed now. I went to pick up my car, saw Bill and he took care of me right away. I get into my car, leave the dealership and then realize that my cellphone charging cord has disappeared. I called and talked with Alexis who had someone check but nothing was found. She took down my information and said she would check with the morning shift tomorrow and give me a call. I have no idea if she checked or not; I did not receive a call back. I realize people forget so i'm not upset about that and I realize mistakes happen. I would rather not have my car cleaned out than lose expensive cords... I will be back having my car serviced at this location. I guess I have to take everything out of my car though so that it doesn't go missing... More

Great experience over quite a few years. Manley's always been a great dealer and the personnel are friendly helpful and knowledgeable. My car is currently sitting on Manley's lot due to the airbag recall but I was given a Honda Civic as a loaner which is a nice little car. I do miss my CRV though. Bill Petty has kept me updated on the status of the recall which I hope will be solved soon so I can have my car back. But in all the years 3 C RVs and one Accord I have never had a mechanical problem with a Honda and this one isn't your fault anyway. More
