Customer care My email correspondence didn't indicate the new service center at the new building, and had to drive around and call to figure that out. When I walked in to the service center, there was no clear place to go. I stood by the door for 10 minutes before someone acknowledge me. I was directed to "customer care". The lady at customer care had walked past me see real times and did not acknowledge me or offer assistance. As a customer service rep myself, if I see someone waiting or looking lost I always offer my help no matter what I am doing. After she ended her phone call, I said I was her for my appointment, at which point she said "okay have a seat". How pointless of an interaction. Then the same gentlemen that initially told me to see customer care, came over and had me go over to his desk. Like I'm not sure why I even had to see the surly and unhelpful receptionist at all. He said it would take maybe an hour, and that they were closing at 4:30. No one ever called me to say my service was done, but i made sure to be there in time anyways so I could get my car back before closing. The service clerk was nice and nothing was his fault. The receptionist with the black hair and mean stare has terrible customer service skills. While I stood there looking like a moron she could have asked me if I needed help one of the three times she walked by me. New service building could use some signage to indicate the check in process. I would not willingly come back for service here More

The waiting area was staffed with people who were very helpful. The Shuttle Driver was awesome. More
last visit I was very impressed with the service, people, attention to detail. Also the place is immaculate, and everybody is wonderful. They even closed my roof I was very impressed with the service, people, attention to detail. Also the place is immaculate, and everybody is wonderful. They even closed my roof, because it was raining, and I forgot to do it. The service was done on time. I was driven home and picked up by the shuttle, very smooth day for me. Bill Robertson is very professional and never in a hurry, when explaining what it is to be done. I will always come back to Honda either for service, or, when the time comes, for my new car.
