I mentioned this to Bill Petty and he promised to do better as I was going to find another repair shop if I was again waiting 3 hours for a simple service. Well, he really moved the process along and I was serviced in an acceptable amount of time. So I will return to Manly for my next service. Thank you Bill! More

While waiting for my car, multiple members of the staff checked on everyone, asking if they wanted anything to eat or drink. They also had available multiple shuttle rides! I bought my car from the eureka dealership but I wish I would've got it here! Great dealership. Highly recommend. More

Prompt and Helpful I arrived at the service and parts department five minutes before their closing time with a locked radio that needed an access code to reactivate. Bil I arrived at the service and parts department five minutes before their closing time with a locked radio that needed an access code to reactivate. Bill was quick and helpful, but above his quick resolution of my problem, he had a positive attitude and I could tell he liked helping people. When he finished helping me with the radio I mentioned I also needed help with my key's battery. I was expecting him to maybe mention it was past their closing time (a reasonable statement actually), but instead he lead me to the parts department and I was helped with my key's dead battery there. This time it was also a quick and friendly exchange with the parts employee, Patrick. Overall, I was impressed with the positive attitude the team expressed. It's one thing to provide you with the necessary information and solutions, it's another to look like you enjoy doing it, and you're not in a rush to clock out and leave your workplace. Either this was an extremely good day for both of these gentlemen, or this Honda dealer is doing something right. More

They squeezed me in that day, and quickly diagnosed a failing battery pack. The part was under warranty, so they replaced it at no cost to me. They provided an Enterprise rental car at a reasonable rental rate while my car was in the shop. Car was ready on schedule, and the problem was resolved. More

I sold my Odyssey and bought an Acura RDX and continue to bring my vehicle to Manly for service because of Bill and the all around experience. Additionally, their shuttle service is awesome and Santiago also gets 5 stars!! More
