Tom Haidet was an excellent salesperson through clear information, answering all my questions, and getting me what I considered an excellent price. Since the purchase of this CR-V the car has been serviced by the dealership because I find there service staff, mechanics and shuttle drivers provide outstanding customer service. Bill Robertson is the guy I've dealt with the last two times I've been in and he treats me like a thinking, bright car owner. I won't ever dread taking my car in for service I pulled up to the service area, checked in, and waited in the comfortable and clean waiting area. The entire process was painless and took only 15 minutes. I especially like receiving a text message notifying me when my car was ready to be picked up.
