The brand new service center is large, luxurious with all the amenities to get work done or be entertained (and better snack options) while waiting for your car. The best part? Text updates! You can send and receive texts on the status of your repair. We have always had excellent work done on our car and it seems as though the Service Teams are finally getting their reward by working in such a state of the art facility. Job well done. More

Legendary Service - Nicholas Hatch So, I had an appointment this past Friday, March 11, 2016 at 9:45 am. I dropped my car off early at 8:30 am. Nicholas gave me a call 15 minutes later So, I had an appointment this past Friday, March 11, 2016 at 9:45 am. I dropped my car off early at 8:30 am. Nicholas gave me a call 15 minutes later to discuss what needs to be done to my car. He helped explain to me what was NEEDED and what I can hold off on. He did not pressure me to fix everything and spend about $1000.00. I ended up spending half of that, which is great for my pocket. Nicholas Hatch has been very professional and is always able to explain things to me so that I understand what it is that is being done. I guess you can say he can put things in layman's terms so that someone who doesn't understand cars can understand it. That is important. Manly Honda always does a good job with my car, I believe they replace what they say they would. My car runs great, thanks to the technicians and the great service I get from Nicholas Hatch! I recommend asking for Nicholas if you want to get your car serviced. I will definitely come back here to get more work done on my car. Another nice thing was that right when I pulled my car up, this guy used his umbrella to walk me to the entrance an threw my bag of trash away for me. I said to him, "Wow, what great service." Oh, I LOVE the texting feature they have! More

great customer service I love their new waiting room. Service staff and associates absolutely top notch. They even vacuumed my car which it desperately needed but I was waiting till it stopped raining to have done, I came in for a simple oil change but Nicholas noticed I was at the mileage for a full service. Since it was going to be longer than expected a simple courtesy car was available for a short errand and when I returned my car was done. I noticed right away it drove just like new. Glad I went with the dealer recommendations for carbon cleaner, really made a difference. More

Frustration On March 8th, I had a 2:00 appointment but called ahead and asked if I could bring my car in at noon. I had a friend use her lunch hour to pick me up On March 8th, I had a 2:00 appointment but called ahead and asked if I could bring my car in at noon. I had a friend use her lunch hour to pick me up. I was there a little before noon and stood in front of the work space as you come in the service door. I waited for over 5 minutes before one of the three service men looked up from their paper work and asked how could he help. I said I came to drop off my car and was told I needed to go to another counter. I go to that counter and was told to wait for an available service man. After watching the three men on duty, one helping a customer and two doing paper work, I approached the desk and told the young lady that I have been waiting over ten minutes. Several minutes later I was helped. When I picked my car up, the service person who helped me on Tuesday was off and it took over 10 minutes to find my paper work. I usually take my car in the morning and have never had such poor service. More
