The 50,000 mile service performed and It seemed that 1 hour and 50 minutes was a bit long...especially since the car was not even washed when he got home. Rather disappointing More
Courteous and professional I was greeted immediately as I pulled up to the service area, and instructed to wait in the waiting area, which is nice and new. There were nice seats, newspapers, TVs, snacks, and coffee for us, Bill Petty who took care of me was professional and had a good attitude. I received a text from him as we drove away. He offered to update me anytime, all I needed to do was just text the number he texted from. I did that and he responded quickly. Then he texted me when the car was finished, One thing I would say that I wish I had known is that it can get busy and your car might not be seen immediately. Thankfully I had a ride with me, so it wasn't a problem, but next time I will ask how long it could take before I book, in case I'm in hurry. That being said, they do offer a shuttle on the hour, which is great! I will definitely return because it was so positive. I had been avoiding the dealership because I didn't want to pay the higher price, but they do a better job and the service is better, so it's worth it. More
My Honda Service Center Experience The only time I wasn't happy with my service was when I had to schedule my appointment. I called around 8:30am to schedule my appointment and had to leave a message. I waited until 12ish to call back because I still hadn't received a call back. The lady who answered admitted that she hadn't received my message and that I had been the third person who had mentioned that I had left a message and had not been called back. She was not apologetic and sounded as though she didn't believe me. On the day I was scheduled to bring in my car I pulled up to the service section and a service man greeted me right away, asked how he could help me and then led me to where I needed to go. He also mentioned that there was a shuttle available should I need it. He was very cheerful and friendly. Once I got inside someone else asked if they could help me, showed me where I could sit until Hirbin could help me. Only had to wait a few minutes. Hirbin was very nice, explained everything and said he would call/text me when my car was ready. Overall, I was very happy with my Honda Service Center experience!! More
CRV Service Nick Hatch, my service advisor, was awesome. He checked me in immediately, listened to the issues, had them corrected, and the car serviced on time. First time I was very impressed with the facility right off. From the 3 lanes to drop off cars to the guy vacumeing the cars before they get serviced.
