Bill Robertson was the last service advisor I saw and he was thorough, clear and very professional. Honestly all of the advisors I have dealt with are very professional and helpful. They fix what needs to be done and let you know what repairs can wait till the next service visit. The service manager, Mike Ruggles, is always terrific to deal with. Overall, I continue to buy Honda vehicles just so I can have my cars serviced at Manly. Thank you! More

He clearly explained everything that needed to be done. Answered my many questions, and removed some service items that I felt did not need to be done. The car was ready right on time and the entire process was smooth and efficient. I have always felt that Manly Honda service is exemplary and my experience yesterday only confirmed this. He explained the procedure for fixing the problem and then brought me over to the car rental desk, where the service was also friendly and timely. Over the next evening and morning Nick was in touch with me on the condition of my ignition and key cutting/programming, and by that afternoon my Civic and I were back on the road - as painlessly to my finances as Nick could make it. I always take my car to Manly Honda, and now it's more fun because of their gorgeous new facility with beautiful shining bays, a great coffee machine and fresh cookies! And always great, friendly service. More
