Excellent Personalized Service I purchased my 2007 Honda Civic from Manly Honda in March 2007. I have been bringing to Manly Honda Service Dept. since the beginning. I can depend I purchased my 2007 Honda Civic from Manly Honda in March 2007. I have been bringing to Manly Honda Service Dept. since the beginning. I can depend upon the great service advisors at Manly Honda to always take care of my service needs in a friendly, efficient and professional manner. Yesterday I brought my car in for routine service and Bill Robertson helped me. Bill is a real credit to Manly Honda, as are all of Manly Honda's employee's. He took the time to listen to my needs, advise me what would be the best services to meet my needs at the most reasonable price. I really appreciate the personalized customer care. I always feel like I am a valued customer, that my car is getting all it's service needs addressed is a way that provides top value for me. I have been doing business with Manly Honda since 1981 when I bought an used 71' Ford Maverick from them for $1495.00. Even this 10 year old car gave me good service for years. Oil Change Once you get to the service advisor the experience is excellent. I don't like the vague check in process you have now. When you enter the service dept all the reps are busy and no one greets you. Then finally you are told to sit in a waiting room out of sight of reps. It feels very slow compared to the prior style of service before your remodel. Also, when you come to pick up the auto you can't just go to the cashier to check out you have to wait again for a rep. Waiting period I am a Honda service department client since 2008 when we got two brand new Honda Civics. The new facilities at your Santa Rosa, CA dealer are awesome. However I noticed that the check-in and check-out waiting time went up. It took over 15 minutes over our appointment time to get to talk with your service person. Same thing when we picked up our car. Please don't get me wrong, Santiago Pizano provided an excellent service but I think that you could improve your procedures for check-in and check-out. I also noted that you changed your recommendations about when to service the cars. It used to be when the oil life is at 15% or less or no more than a year. Now it is 5,000 miles or no more than 5 months. It is interesting because this is what your Braman Dealer in Miami recommended when we were living there. Also there is a new range of services stating at $ 700 or more. I never spent such amount in a car with low miles. More
