I was a little early and they took me within a few minutes of arriving. The estimated completion time was acceptable and the actual completion of the work was completed ahead of the time. The new waiting room was very pleasant with goodies -- like warm cookies offered -- and even a woman who came around to check on our satisfaction. The car was brought up to the front door on completion and I did not have to go out into the rain to retrieve it. Very much a pleasing experience. More

Gold star I have been using Manly Honda for years and this was my first time with Nicholas. He is exceptional! My situation was I had a morning appointment for I have been using Manly Honda for years and this was my first time with Nicholas. He is exceptional! My situation was I had a morning appointment for an oil change that I missed. I had gone in to set another appointment and Nicholas greeted me. I explained that I had an emergency in the morning and did not make the 9:00 appointment. Nicholas explained he had enough time to complete the service the same day. During the the service they found a nail in one tire and fixed it for free through one of there insurances. Nicholas is very patient and understanding. More
