Good service reps, but...watch your wallet. The dealership has changed, and not for the better in the last year. I've indicated that I recommend this service center, but they are on probation as far as I'm concerned. I used to go in for service & felt the weren't trying to "up sell" services. That's why I went to Manly Honda rather than an independent service provider -- I felt I was getting a square deal. No more. Now they have a new computer system designed to show you that you should be getting more service than indicated by the Honda codes displayed on your dashboard. They want you to buy fuel additives, cleaner this, more frequent oil changes, etc. Now Manley is becoming no better than that large high-pressure dealership chain... Also, for the 2nd time, they replaced my Costco green (indicating nitrogen fill) tire valve covers with something else. (My wife noticed this after I returned home.) This was even after the service rep wrote NOT to fill my tires with their standard compressed air! Really sloppy. I called to complain & they mailed me green replacements. I've had a long-standing favorable working relationship with Bill. He's great, but I'm now worried about the management. More

I appreciate that he tells me exactly what's going on, and doesn't talk down because I'm a woman. I understand my vehicles and clear communication makes me happy. Both of our Hondas are edging up there in age, and so we don't need to go to the dealership for service as they are well out of warranty, but we'll be back for sure. More

Great service! We had to go get our new VMI-modified (w/ wheelchair ramp) Odyssey mini-van serviced for an electrical glitch. Car alarm was going off w/ no explanat We had to go get our new VMI-modified (w/ wheelchair ramp) Odyssey mini-van serviced for an electrical glitch. Car alarm was going off w/ no explanation and subsequent battery unplugging made the remote not work. Bill Robertson worked very hard to make sure the van modification company (VMI) was included in the trouble-shooting. The problem was 'fixed' with the technician running it through tests, although they never really found the cause. The manager from Manly graciously offered to not charge VMI for the almost 2 hours of labor. Technically, they should've charged VMI under our warranty plan, so this was very generous. Bill had excellent communication, texted with me throughout the day to make sure we were in the loop. Top notch customer service! Oh, and the shuttle service is awesome. Drove me home and picked me up the next day to retrieve our van. More

The service is always done as quickly as possible as I have to wait. This gives me a large portion of the day to do other business in the area. I feel that, as car maintenance costs go, Manley Honda's prices are reasonable. The service technicians do not recommend added services unless they are really needed. If a car can go for a while longer before a service is performed, the tech tells you that. It is recommended that you need to get that service done on your next visit. Customers are treated well and are not gouged with added expenses. More

Dishonest dealership When we bought our new Honda Pilot we were told by the guy who filled out the paperwork that we had a 7 year power train warranty on the vehicle. When When we bought our new Honda Pilot we were told by the guy who filled out the paperwork that we had a 7 year power train warranty on the vehicle. When we took it into the service department they told us that the front axels were bad, which should not happen on a 5 year old Pilot with 64,000 miles on it. They then said we must have been mistaken because we only have a 5 year warranty and you just missed it so they will not cover the repair. I know what I was told when I bought and paid cash for the Pilot. Manly Honda I fell is dishonest and I will not purchase another vehicle from them. I will also tell everyone I know about my experience with them. It is unfortunate because I do like the vehicle with the exception of this issue and some problems we have had with the brakes. We were told that Honda put really cheap rotors on their cars which makes them warp really fast. More
