I have worked mostly with Bill Robertson for the past several years. He is very knowledgable and patient when explaining car problems. He goes beyond the extra mile to provide great customer service whether things go smoothly or if there is a problem. He always puts the customers concerns first and is a pleasure to work with. I live in a different county, but still continue to go to Manly because of the excellent service they provide. More
Warning light while traveling I called Manly Honda service right before the New Year while traveling through. A warning light came on about low tire pressure and, despite my repea I called Manly Honda service right before the New Year while traveling through. A warning light came on about low tire pressure and, despite my repeated efforts to recalibrate after checking to make sure the tire pressure was fine, the light continued to come on. I called and talked to Nicholas Hatch and asked him if he could check my car. He said there were 121 appointments for the next day, but he would try to fit me in between appointments. I arrived at the service department early the next morning and he had actually made me a morning appointment. By early afternoon, my car had been checked, given a test drive to confirm the recalibration, and it was done. Since I was leaving early the next morning to drive 1100 miles, I was very relieved to have it checked out. Nick Hatch was very cordial, texted me to stay in touch, and there was no charge for the service! The friends we were staying with had recommended Manly Honda (had bought a Civic there) and given the chance, I will also enthusiastically recommend them! More
